Last Updated: August 22, 2026

These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply to users, content, communications, professional activity, and participation on WedVeil, operated by 5 Thousand Frames Films LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as WedVeil.

These Guidelines apply together with the WedVeil Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and other applicable Platform rules.

WedVeil is an 18+ informational, discovery, communication, publishing, and professional workspace platform for couples and wedding professionals.

Our goal is to maintain a professional, useful, respectful, and trustworthy environment for the wedding industry.

By using WedVeil, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Core Community Principle

WedVeil exists to help adult users:

  • discover wedding professionals;

  • present professional work;

  • share wedding-related content;

  • communicate with other users;

  • participate in professional discussions;

  • publish or respond to Jobs;

  • collaborate with other vendors;

  • use professional workspace tools;

  • discover wedding inspiration and information; and

  • participate in the broader wedding professional community.

Users are expected to participate honestly, professionally, lawfully, and respectfully.

WedVeil is not intended for harassment, spam, fraud, manipulation, illegal activity, or deceptive business practices.

2. 18+ Only

WedVeil is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Individuals under 18 may not:

  • create an account;

  • maintain a Couple account;

  • maintain a Vendor account;

  • publish content;

  • send messages;

  • respond to Jobs;

  • purchase a WedVeil subscription; or

  • otherwise use account-based Platform functionality.

Parental or guardian permission does not override this requirement.

Accounts reasonably believed to belong to individuals under 18 may be restricted, suspended, or removed.

3. Be Authentic

Users must represent themselves honestly.

You may not:

  • impersonate another person;

  • impersonate another business;

  • pretend to represent a company without authorization;

  • create fake Couple accounts;

  • create fake Vendor accounts;

  • create fake administrator accounts;

  • use a false identity to manipulate engagement;

  • misrepresent your professional experience;

  • claim another person's work as your own;

  • create deceptive duplicate accounts;

  • misrepresent your business location;

  • misrepresent your professional category; or

  • provide materially false information designed to mislead other users.

Business names, professional information, portfolio information, and public representations should be reasonably accurate.

4. Professional Conduct

WedVeil is a professional wedding-industry environment.

Users should communicate respectfully and professionally.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • harassment;

  • bullying;

  • threats;

  • intimidation;

  • stalking;

  • targeted abuse;

  • repeated unwanted contact;

  • sexually inappropriate messages;

  • degrading or humiliating behavior;

  • coordinated harassment;

  • malicious attempts to damage another user's reputation; or

  • conduct intended primarily to make another user feel unsafe.

Professional disagreement is permitted.

Abuse is not.

5. Hateful or Discriminatory Conduct

Users may not publish or communicate content that promotes, encourages, or celebrates hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics under applicable law.

This includes severe or targeted attacks based on characteristics such as:

  • race;

  • ethnicity;

  • national origin;

  • religion;

  • sex;

  • sexual orientation;

  • gender identity;

  • disability; or

  • other characteristics protected under applicable law.

This rule does not prohibit good-faith discussion of social, cultural, legal, religious, or political topics.

6. Threats and Violence

Users may not:

  • make credible threats of violence;

  • encourage violence against another person;

  • organize violent attacks;

  • glorify serious violence in a manner intended to encourage imitation;

  • use WedVeil to threaten another vendor, couple, employee, or user; or

  • publish private information to facilitate harm.

Content documenting wedding-related events, news, history, or other legitimate contexts may be evaluated differently depending on context.

7. Illegal Activity

WedVeil may not be used to facilitate unlawful activity.

Users may not use the Platform to:

  • commit fraud;

  • facilitate theft;

  • distribute malware;

  • conduct phishing;

  • obtain unauthorized account access;

  • distribute illegal goods or services;

  • facilitate trafficking;

  • organize criminal activity;

  • falsify documents;

  • evade legal obligations through deception; or

  • knowingly facilitate illegal conduct.

WedVeil may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary to comply with applicable law.

8. Fraud, Scams, and Deception

Fraudulent or deceptive activity is prohibited.

Examples include:

  • fake businesses;

  • fake wedding inquiries;

  • fake Jobs;

  • phishing messages;

  • fake payment requests;

  • impersonating venues or agencies;

  • fraudulent booking requests;

  • false claims about business ownership;

  • deceptive links;

  • requests designed to steal passwords or account credentials;

  • fake prize or giveaway schemes;

  • advance-fee scams;

  • false claims of affiliation with WedVeil; or

  • attempts to redirect users to fraudulent websites.

Users should report suspicious activity.

9. Spam

Users may not use WedVeil for spam.

Spam may include:

  • sending the same unsolicited message to many users;

  • repeatedly contacting users who have not responded;

  • mass-promoting unrelated services;

  • posting repetitive promotional comments;

  • sending irrelevant links;

  • automated solicitation;

  • excessive self-promotion unrelated to the conversation;

  • repeatedly posting identical Jobs or posts; or

  • using multiple accounts to distribute the same promotional material.

Normal professional outreach is permitted when relevant and reasonable.

10. Messaging Rules

Messaging is intended for legitimate communication between users.

Users may not use messaging to:

  • harass;

  • threaten;

  • spam;

  • solicit illegal activity;

  • send malware;

  • distribute phishing links;

  • impersonate WedVeil;

  • request passwords;

  • collect unnecessary sensitive information;

  • repeatedly contact users after clear requests to stop;

  • send sexually explicit material without legitimate context; or

  • manipulate users through deception.

WedVeil may investigate reported messages where necessary for safety, security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

11. No Payment or Contract Processing Through WedVeil

WedVeil is not a platform for processing wedding service payments or contracts.

Users must not represent that WedVeil:

  • holds deposits;

  • guarantees payments;

  • processes vendor retainers;

  • guarantees contracts;

  • guarantees refunds;

  • provides escrow;

  • approves vendor contracts; or

  • guarantees the performance of another user.

Couples and vendors arrange contracts, payments, deposits, refunds, and other commercial matters independently outside WedVeil.

Users may communicate about professional opportunities, but WedVeil is not a party to those arrangements.

12. Jobs — General Rules

Jobs is an informational professional opportunity feature.

Users publishing Jobs must provide information that is reasonably accurate.

Jobs may not be:

  • fake;

  • fraudulent;

  • intentionally misleading;

  • illegal;

  • discriminatory where prohibited by law;

  • designed primarily to collect personal information;

  • phishing attempts;

  • disguised advertising;

  • unrelated to legitimate professional activity;

  • recruitment for illegal activity; or

  • knowingly impossible or fictitious.

WedVeil does not verify or guarantee every Job.

Users are responsible for evaluating Jobs independently.

13. Jobs — Professional Information

Where applicable, Jobs should clearly communicate relevant information such as:

  • type of work;

  • general location;

  • date;

  • role;

  • expected responsibilities;

  • general expectations; and

  • other information reasonably necessary to understand the opportunity.

Users should not intentionally hide material information in order to mislead applicants.

14. Jobs — Compensation and Agreements

WedVeil does not establish compensation.

Users are responsible for determining their own:

  • rates;

  • fees;

  • reimbursements;

  • working conditions;

  • contracts;

  • tax treatment;

  • insurance;

  • travel arrangements; and

  • payment methods.

Disputes over work or compensation are disputes between the users involved.

WedVeil does not guarantee payment or performance.

15. Feed Content

The Feed is designed for wedding-related visual and professional content.

Eligible users may publish content according to their account type and applicable Platform limits.

Feed content should generally relate to:

  • weddings;

  • engagements;

  • wedding professionals;

  • venues;

  • wedding design;

  • wedding photography;

  • wedding videography;

  • floral work;

  • fashion;

  • beauty;

  • entertainment;

  • planning;

  • professional creative work;

  • behind-the-scenes professional content; or

  • other relevant wedding-industry material.

Unrelated or excessively promotional spam may be removed.

16. Wall Content

A Vendor Wall is intended to display a vendor's own WedVeil activity and professional content.

Users may not use Wall functionality to:

  • impersonate another professional;

  • republish another vendor's portfolio without permission;

  • artificially duplicate content for ranking manipulation;

  • post prohibited content; or

  • misrepresent the origin of professional work.

17. Journal

Journal content may include:

  • articles;

  • educational material;

  • interviews;

  • inspiration;

  • Real Weddings;

  • vendor features;

  • industry commentary; and

  • editorial content.

Journal contributors must avoid:

  • plagiarism;

  • fabricated facts presented as verified information;

  • unauthorized images;

  • intentionally deceptive claims;

  • unlawful defamatory statements; or

  • undisclosed impersonation.

WedVeil may edit submitted Journal content for formatting, clarity, style, legal compliance, or editorial consistency.

18. Real Weddings

Real Wedding submissions should reflect genuine weddings or legitimate professional editorial projects clearly identified as such.

Users must not submit:

  • stolen wedding galleries;

  • another photographer's work as their own;

  • another videographer's film as their own;

  • AI-generated fictional weddings represented as real;

  • stock photography represented as a real client wedding;

  • fabricated vendor credits; or

  • misleading descriptions about who created the work.

Where multiple vendors contributed, users should provide accurate credits where reasonably appropriate.

19. Portfolio Content

Vendor portfolios should primarily contain work the vendor:

  • created;

  • participated in creating;

  • owns;

  • licenses;

  • is authorized to publish; or

  • otherwise has lawful rights to display.

Users may not knowingly upload work they have no right to use.

A planner, venue, florist, photographer, videographer, designer, or other vendor may display collaborative wedding work when they have lawful permission to do so, but should not falsely claim authorship of another professional's work.

20. Copyright

Users must respect copyrights.

You may not knowingly upload or publish:

  • photographs owned by another creator without permission;

  • videos owned by another creator without permission;

  • copyrighted music without appropriate authorization;

  • copied articles;

  • copyrighted illustrations;

  • graphics;

  • templates;

  • commercial creative assets; or

  • other protected material you are not authorized to use.

Copyright complaints are handled under the WedVeil Copyright & DMCA Policy.

21. Music in Videos

Users are responsible for ensuring that music included in videos or other uploaded content is used lawfully.

The fact that music is commercially available, available on social media, or included in a wedding film does not automatically provide a right to upload or publicly distribute it through WedVeil.

WedVeil may remove or restrict content in response to valid copyright complaints.

22. Trademarks and Branding

Users may not:

  • falsely represent themselves as another company;

  • use another company's trademarks in a misleading manner;

  • create profiles designed to impersonate competitors;

  • falsely imply endorsement by WedVeil;

  • falsely claim official partnership status; or

  • use branding primarily to create confusion about business identity.

Fair descriptive or nominative use may be permitted where legally appropriate.

23. Privacy of Others

Users must respect the privacy of other people.

Do not publish highly sensitive personal information about another person without lawful justification.

Prohibited examples may include unauthorized publication of:

  • Social Security numbers;

  • passwords;

  • financial account credentials;

  • private medical records;

  • government identification numbers;

  • private home addresses where disclosure creates a safety risk; or

  • other highly sensitive information.

24. Photographs and Videos of People

Wedding content frequently contains identifiable people.

The user uploading the content is responsible for having sufficient legal rights, permissions, releases, or other lawful authority required for the intended publication.

WedVeil does not independently obtain releases from individuals appearing in User Content.

Users should be especially careful with:

  • private events;

  • confidential venues;

  • vulnerable individuals;

  • sensitive personal circumstances; and

  • content involving minors.

25. Content Involving Minors

Although WedVeil accounts are 18+ only, wedding photographs or videos may incidentally contain individuals under 18.

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to publish such material.

Content involving minors may be removed where it:

  • sexualizes minors;

  • exploits minors;

  • exposes highly sensitive personal information;

  • creates a serious safety concern;

  • violates applicable law; or

  • otherwise violates these Guidelines.

Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

26. Sexual Content

WedVeil is a professional wedding-industry platform.

Pornographic or sexually explicit content is not permitted.

This includes content primarily intended to depict explicit sexual activity or sexual exploitation.

Legitimate wedding, fashion, beauty, editorial, maternity, cultural, or artistic content may be permitted when appropriate to the Platform and not sexually exploitative.

27. Nudity

Incidental, artistic, fashion, cultural, or editorial content may be evaluated in context.

Explicit nudity or content primarily intended for sexual stimulation is not appropriate for WedVeil.

WedVeil may restrict or remove content that is inconsistent with the professional purpose of the Platform.

28. Exploitation

Users may not use WedVeil to:

  • sexually exploit others;

  • facilitate trafficking;

  • distribute non-consensual intimate imagery;

  • blackmail individuals with private images;

  • threaten publication of intimate content; or

  • exploit vulnerable individuals.

Such conduct may result in immediate account termination and may be reported where legally appropriate.

29. Graphic Content

Graphic violence, severe injury, or disturbing material unrelated to legitimate wedding-industry discussion is generally not appropriate.

Content with legitimate documentary, journalistic, educational, or contextual value may be evaluated individually.

30. Self-Harm Content

Content encouraging, celebrating, or instructing self-harm is not permitted.

Good-faith supportive discussion, awareness, prevention, or recovery-related content may be treated differently depending on context.

31. Defamatory or Malicious Content

Users may express opinions and describe genuine experiences.

However, users may not knowingly publish false statements of fact designed to materially harm another person or business.

Disagreement, negative feedback, criticism, and professional opinions are not automatically prohibited.

WedVeil does not act as a court for private reputation disputes.

Where content violates Platform rules or applicable law, appropriate action may be taken.

32. Reviews and Testimonials

Where reviews or testimonials are available, they should reflect genuine experiences or opinions.

Users may not:

  • create fake customer reviews;

  • review their own business using fake accounts;

  • pay for fake positive reviews;

  • coordinate fake negative reviews against competitors;

  • create fictional customers;

  • exchange reviews solely to manipulate reputation;

  • condition incentives on a required positive opinion; or

  • manipulate ratings through deceptive methods.

33. Likes and Engagement

Likes, comments, saves, views, and other engagement signals must reflect genuine Platform activity.

Users may not manipulate engagement through:

  • bots;

  • fake accounts;

  • purchased likes;

  • purchased followers;

  • engagement farms;

  • automated scripts;

  • coordinated fraudulent activity;

  • mass account creation;

  • artificial self-engagement; or

  • third-party manipulation services.

WedVeil may remove artificial engagement.

34. Ranking Manipulation

Users may not attempt to manipulate WedVeil rankings through deceptive methods.

Prohibited behavior may include:

  • fake engagement;

  • fake accounts;

  • artificial activity;

  • automated interactions;

  • spam posting;

  • duplicate accounts;

  • coordinated manipulation;

  • fraudulent reports against competitors;

  • attempts to exploit ranking systems; or

  • other activity primarily intended to distort ranking.

WedVeil may adjust, remove, or disregard suspicious engagement signals.

35. Subscription Plans Do Not Authorize Abuse

Paid users remain subject to all Community Guidelines.

A paid subscription does not provide the right to:

  • spam;

  • manipulate rankings;

  • publish prohibited content;

  • evade moderation;

  • harass users;

  • violate copyright;

  • create fake accounts; or

  • violate Platform rules.

Subscription status does not exempt a user from moderation.

36. Misuse of Free or Paid Features

Users may not intentionally bypass Platform limitations through:

  • multiple accounts;

  • shared accounts;

  • technical circumvention;

  • account rotation;

  • automated posting;

  • unauthorized API use;

  • duplicate profiles; or

  • manipulation of subscription status.

37. Account Sharing

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials.

Business teams may use authorized account-access features where WedVeil provides them.

Users should not share account credentials in a manner that creates a security risk or violates Platform rules.

38. Bots and Automation

Unauthorized automation is prohibited.

Users may not use bots, scripts, browser automation, or similar tools to:

  • mass-like content;

  • mass-comment;

  • mass-message users;

  • scrape profiles;

  • create accounts;

  • manipulate rankings;

  • automatically respond to Jobs;

  • harvest contact information; or

  • bypass Platform restrictions.

Authorized integrations expressly approved by WedVeil may be treated differently.

39. Scraping

Users may not systematically scrape or extract WedVeil data without authorization.

This includes:

  • vendor directories;

  • email addresses;

  • telephone numbers;

  • profile data;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • Jobs;

  • Journal content;

  • comments;

  • user lists; or

  • other Platform data.

Normal search-engine indexing authorized by WedVeil is not prohibited.

40. Malware and Cybersecurity Abuse

Users may not:

  • upload malware;

  • distribute malicious links;

  • attempt account takeover;

  • exploit vulnerabilities;

  • conduct denial-of-service attacks;

  • bypass access controls;

  • scan systems without authorization;

  • attempt privilege escalation; or

  • interfere with Platform infrastructure.

Security researchers should report vulnerabilities through WedVeil's designated security contact if one is provided.

41. Administrator Impersonation

Only authorized WedVeil personnel may represent themselves as administrators or official WedVeil representatives.

Users may not:

  • create fake administrator profiles;

  • send fake moderation messages;

  • request passwords while claiming to be WedVeil;

  • falsely claim account verification authority; or

  • impersonate support personnel.

WedVeil personnel should never need a user's password.

42. False Reporting

Users may report content or accounts they reasonably believe violate Platform rules.

Users may not abuse reporting systems by:

  • repeatedly filing knowingly false reports;

  • coordinating mass reports against competitors;

  • reporting legitimate content solely to manipulate ranking;

  • using reports as retaliation; or

  • knowingly submitting fabricated evidence.

Abuse of reporting tools may lead to enforcement action.

43. Content Reporting

Users may report content for reasons including:

  • harassment;

  • threats;

  • fraud;

  • spam;

  • copyright infringement;

  • impersonation;

  • fake accounts;

  • illegal content;

  • privacy violations;

  • inappropriate sexual content;

  • ranking manipulation;

  • fake Jobs; or

  • other Community Guidelines violations.

WedVeil may request additional information where reasonably necessary.

44. Moderation

WedVeil may review content or accounts to:

  • enforce these Guidelines;

  • protect users;

  • maintain Platform quality;

  • respond to reports;

  • prevent abuse;

  • investigate fraud;

  • address legal complaints; or

  • comply with law.

WedVeil may use:

  • automated systems;

  • human review;

  • user reports;

  • security signals;

  • engagement analysis; and

  • other reasonable moderation methods.

45. Moderation Actions

Depending on severity, history, and context, WedVeil may:

  • take no action;

  • provide a warning;

  • request an edit;

  • remove a comment;

  • remove content;

  • limit content distribution;

  • remove artificial engagement;

  • remove a Job;

  • restrict messaging;

  • temporarily restrict posting;

  • remove visibility from search;

  • suspend an account;

  • terminate an account;

  • prevent creation of replacement accounts; or

  • take other reasonable enforcement action.

46. Immediate Removal

WedVeil may take immediate action without prior warning where reasonably necessary due to:

  • credible threats;

  • serious fraud;

  • phishing;

  • malware;

  • sexual exploitation;

  • illegal content;

  • severe harassment;

  • impersonation posing a security risk;

  • repeated copyright infringement;

  • serious security abuse; or

  • other urgent risks.

47. Warnings

For lower-severity violations, WedVeil may provide a warning before restricting or terminating an account.

Warnings may identify:

  • the relevant content;

  • the applicable rule;

  • corrective action; and

  • potential consequences of repeated violations.

WedVeil is not required to issue warnings before every enforcement action.

48. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement.

Users who repeatedly violate Platform rules may lose:

  • posting privileges;

  • messaging privileges;

  • Jobs access;

  • Feed access;

  • visibility;

  • subscription functionality; or

  • account access.

Serious violations may result in immediate termination regardless of prior history.

49. Copyright Repeat Infringers

WedVeil may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in appropriate circumstances.

Detailed copyright notice, takedown, counter-notice, and repeat-infringer procedures are governed by the WedVeil Copyright & DMCA Policy.

50. Appeals

Where WedVeil provides an appeal process, users may request review of certain moderation decisions.

An appeal should:

  • identify the decision;

  • explain why the user believes it was incorrect;

  • provide relevant context; and

  • avoid abusive or misleading submissions.

Appeal availability may depend on the type and severity of enforcement action and applicable law.

51. No Guarantee of Content Availability

Publication of content does not guarantee permanent availability.

Content may be removed because of:

  • user deletion;

  • copyright complaints;

  • privacy complaints;

  • moderation;

  • technical issues;

  • account termination;

  • legal requests;

  • storage changes; or

  • other legitimate reasons.

Users should maintain independent copies of important professional work.

52. No Right to a Specific Ranking

Participation in WedVeil does not guarantee:

  • a particular ranking;

  • profile visibility;

  • traffic;

  • engagement;

  • leads;

  • inquiries;

  • Jobs;

  • business opportunities; or

  • bookings.

Ranking and discovery may change over time.

53. No Retaliation for Legitimate Competition

Users may compete professionally.

Users may not engage in abusive conduct against competitors such as:

  • fake negative reviews;

  • false reports;

  • impersonation;

  • copyright abuse;

  • harassment;

  • fake complaints;

  • coordinated ranking manipulation; or

  • knowingly false factual accusations.

54. Vendor Collaboration

Vendor collaboration tools are intended for legitimate professional cooperation.

Users may not use collaboration features to:

  • add vendors without legitimate reason;

  • falsely claim that another vendor participated in a wedding;

  • misrepresent professional relationships;

  • collect contact information for spam; or

  • manipulate rankings.

55. Profile Approval

WedVeil may review vendor profiles before publication.

Approval means only that the profile may be published on WedVeil.

Approval does not mean that WedVeil:

  • certifies the vendor;

  • guarantees quality;

  • guarantees licensing;

  • guarantees insurance;

  • endorses the vendor;

  • guarantees business practices; or

  • guarantees professional performance.

56. Verified Information

If WedVeil introduces verification features, the meaning of each verification status will be clearly defined.

Users may not interpret or represent verification more broadly than WedVeil states.

For example, verifying an email address does not necessarily mean verifying professional quality or business legitimacy.

57. Off-Platform Conduct

WedVeil generally does not police private conduct unrelated to the Platform.

However, WedVeil may take action based on off-platform conduct where there is a strong connection to Platform safety, fraud, impersonation, security, or serious harm to WedVeil users.

58. Off-Platform Commercial Disputes

WedVeil does not ordinarily resolve disputes regarding:

  • vendor performance;

  • payment;

  • refunds;

  • deposits;

  • contracts;

  • cancellations;

  • delivery timelines;

  • working conditions; or

  • professional disagreements.

Users should resolve those matters independently.

A commercial dispute may still result in Platform action if it also demonstrates fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, or another Platform violation.

59. Professional Opinions

Users may share legitimate professional opinions, criticism, or experiences.

Disagreement does not automatically violate these Guidelines.

WedVeil seeks to distinguish between:

  • legitimate criticism;

  • subjective opinion;

  • professional disagreement; and

  • targeted abuse, fraud, or knowingly false accusations.

60. Advertising and Promotional Content

Reasonable self-promotion relevant to the wedding industry is permitted where Platform functionality allows it.

Users may not:

  • flood comments with advertising;

  • repeatedly post irrelevant promotions;

  • impersonate editorial content;

  • use deceptive promotions;

  • promote illegal products or services; or

  • abuse messaging for mass advertising.

WedVeil may introduce separate advertising policies if paid advertising functionality is added.

61. Giveaways and Promotions

Users conducting giveaways, promotions, contests, or similar campaigns are responsible for:

  • applicable laws;

  • eligibility rules;

  • required disclosures;

  • prize fulfillment;

  • official rules; and

  • platform-specific legal requirements.

Users must not falsely imply that WedVeil sponsors or administers a promotion unless WedVeil expressly agrees.

62. Affiliate and Sponsored Content

Where legally required, users should clearly disclose material commercial relationships associated with endorsements, sponsored content, affiliate promotions, or paid recommendations.

WedVeil may require additional disclosures for sponsored Platform content.

63. Journal Editorial Independence

Publication in the WedVeil Journal does not necessarily mean that WedVeil endorses every vendor, opinion, venue, product, or service appearing in editorial content.

Where content is sponsored or paid, WedVeil may label it accordingly where required or appropriate.

64. Platform Language and Communication

Users may communicate in languages supported by the Platform.

Users remain responsible for the meaning and legality of their content regardless of language.

Attempts to evade moderation through coded language, deliberate misspellings, images, or translation may still violate these Guidelines.

65. Cultural and Religious Content

Wedding traditions vary widely across cultures and religions.

WedVeil welcomes legitimate cultural and religious wedding content.

Users should not use cultural or religious discussion as a pretext for harassment, threats, or unlawful hateful conduct.

66. AI-Generated Content

If users publish AI-generated or materially AI-altered content, they may not use it to deceive others about important professional facts.

Users may not:

  • present a fully AI-generated wedding as a genuine client wedding;

  • fabricate a portfolio using AI while claiming it represents completed professional work;

  • impersonate real people using deceptive synthetic media;

  • create fake reviews or fake clients with AI; or

  • use AI-generated content to defraud users.

WedVeil may introduce specific labels or disclosure requirements for AI-generated content.

67. Material Photo Manipulation

Normal professional editing, color correction, retouching, cropping, compositing, and artistic editing are permitted.

Users should not materially manipulate images in ways that create deceptive claims about:

  • completed professional work;

  • venue conditions;

  • physical products;

  • vendor participation; or

  • genuine wedding events.

68. Misleading Portfolios

Users may not intentionally construct a portfolio designed to falsely suggest professional experience they do not have.

Examples include:

  • claiming styled shoots are paid client weddings without appropriate context;

  • claiming another photographer's images as one's own;

  • falsely claiming vendor participation;

  • using stock imagery to represent completed work;

  • fabricating client events; or

  • materially misrepresenting professional history.

69. Contact Information

Where WedVeil permits public contact information, users should provide contact details they are authorized to use.

Users may not publish another person's private contact information without authorization.

70. Data Harvesting

Users may not collect user information at scale for:

  • unsolicited marketing;

  • resale;

  • data brokerage;

  • spam;

  • identity profiling;

  • automated databases; or

  • unrelated commercial exploitation.

71. Misuse of Public Profiles

Publicly visible vendor information may be used for ordinary legitimate discovery and professional contact.

Public availability does not authorize unrestricted copying, resale, scraping, harassment, or bulk solicitation.

72. Legal Requests

WedVeil may remove or restrict content where legally required.

Legal complaints should be submitted through the appropriate WedVeil contact channel.

Users should not abuse legal complaint mechanisms to silence legitimate competition or criticism.

73. Emergencies

WedVeil is not an emergency service.

Users should not rely on WedVeil messaging, reports, or support systems for urgent emergency assistance.

Where a situation requires immediate emergency intervention, users should contact appropriate local emergency services.

74. Account Security

Users must protect their accounts.

Do not:

  • share passwords unnecessarily;

  • request another user's password;

  • attempt to access another user's account;

  • bypass two-factor authentication;

  • use stolen credentials; or

  • knowingly maintain unauthorized access.

75. Security Reporting

Users who discover a potential Platform security vulnerability should report it responsibly.

Users must not exploit vulnerabilities to:

  • access private data;

  • disrupt service;

  • modify accounts;

  • download private information;

  • extort WedVeil; or

  • harm other users.

76. Platform Integrity

Users must not intentionally interfere with the ordinary functioning of WedVeil.

This includes attempts to:

  • overload systems;

  • defeat rate limits;

  • manipulate analytics;

  • bypass feature limits;

  • circumvent moderation;

  • evade suspensions;

  • reverse-engineer restricted systems where prohibited; or

  • otherwise disrupt Platform operation.

77. Suspension Evasion

Users whose accounts have been suspended or terminated may not create replacement accounts for the purpose of avoiding enforcement without authorization from WedVeil.

Accounts used primarily for suspension evasion may also be terminated.

78. Subscription After Enforcement

A paid subscription does not prevent WedVeil from enforcing these Guidelines.

If an account is restricted or terminated for violations, subscription handling will be governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.

Enforcement does not guarantee a refund.

79. Administrator Conduct

WedVeil administrators must use moderation privileges for legitimate Platform purposes.

Administrators should not:

  • retaliate against users for personal reasons;

  • manipulate rankings for undisclosed personal benefit;

  • access private data without legitimate purpose; or

  • selectively enforce rules based on personal conflicts.

Administrative activity may be logged.

80. Super Administrator Responsibility

Super Administrators may have broad Platform permissions.

Such permissions should be used only for:

  • Platform administration;

  • role management;

  • moderation;

  • security;

  • technical support;

  • legal compliance; and

  • legitimate operational purposes.

81. Changes to These Guidelines

WedVeil may update these Community Guidelines as:

  • Platform functionality changes;

  • new risks emerge;

  • moderation experience develops;

  • legal requirements change; or

  • new features are introduced.

The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version.

Where required by law, material changes may be accompanied by additional notice.

82. Interpretation

These Guidelines are intended to protect:

  • users;

  • professional integrity;

  • intellectual property;

  • privacy;

  • Platform security; and

  • the usefulness of WedVeil as a wedding-industry resource.

Not every possible abusive behavior can be listed individually.

WedVeil may take reasonable action against conduct that clearly undermines Platform safety or integrity even if the exact behavior is not specifically named in these Guidelines.

When determining appropriate enforcement, WedVeil may consider:

  • severity;

  • context;

  • intent;

  • harm;

  • account history;

  • repetition;

  • evidence;

  • user safety;

  • legal requirements; and

  • likelihood of continued abuse.

Not every violation will result in the same action.

84. User Responsibility

Each user is responsible for:

  • their account;

  • their content;

  • their communications;

  • their professional representations;

  • their use of copyrighted materials;

  • their interactions with others;
